Good old Reverend Maurice back at First United Methodist Church (or Fum-cee, as I affectionately refer to it in my lighter moods, of which I have none) in my hometown of Pasadena once advised me that carpet remnants should never be used to create an image of the Son of Our Lord. But, after running across this tender depiction, I now realize just how wrong he was. From the plush red shag of His robe to the rich, wispy orlon hair and beard, this Remnant King is so much more than something upon which the feet of mere mortals tread. Though, humble sport that He was, I'm sure JC would have no problem with being your door mat.
